Randall Thompson has spent nearly three decades in the trenches of American politics — not as a pundit, but as the person in the room making the calls that decide elections. As Congressional Chief of Staff, he ran federal offices and navigated the intersection of policy and politics at the highest level. As Chief of Staff in the Michigan Legislature, he managed the machinery of state government from the inside.
In 2024 alone, Randall managed two winning statewide campaigns and three victorious State Representative races. He's the strategist behind Michigan's Proposal 1, which passed with an 80-20 landslide — one of the most lopsided ballot initiative victories in state history. His work has earned him regular appearances on CNN, Fox News, and Court TV as a political analyst.
But what drives Randall isn't the wins on TV — it's the candidates who never made it there. After 30+ years watching good people with great ideas lose elections because they couldn't afford a consultant or didn't know where to start, he built OneCampaign.ai to level the playing field.

Rocky Raczkowski brings a rare combination of military discipline, legislative experience, and entrepreneurial drive to OneCampaign.ai. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves with a combat deployment to Iraq, Rocky understands what it means to lead under pressure and execute with precision.
He served as Michigan State Representative for the 37th District from 1997 to 2002, giving him firsthand knowledge of what candidates face on the ground — the doors knocked, the fundraising calls made, the debates prepped for at midnight. After public office, he earned his J.D. from MSU College of Law, built Visual Authority LLC into a premier print and campaign materials company, and spent over a decade teaching at the university level.
As the owner of Visual Authority, Rocky saw the same problem Randall did — from the other side of the table. Candidates would come to him for yard signs and palm cards, but they had no messaging, no strategy, no plan.
